Body Fondue is the connective tissue that weaves together codified movement, creative self expression and sensorial experience. It is a space to melt into sensation, allowing the body to move in ways that feel nourishing and delicious.

Body Fondue uses a web of repeated choreography, Yoga asana, contemporary Pilates repertoire and principles that bind to create a dance-like flow, creating space for personal interpretation within a clear and supportive structure.

 

Rather than striving for perfection, the practice encourages following what-feels-good body to body, transpiring in a rich full body indulgence.​
